CosmosRocket is an independent observatory of global spaceflight. Our purpose: make legible the fine machinery of an industry that has become dizzying — hundreds of launches every year, on every continent, by a dozen national agencies and as many private operators.
Methodology
Launch calendars are continuously synchronised with the Launch Library 2, an open database maintained by The Space Devs. News dispatches are aggregated through the Spaceflight News API, which covers Spaceflight Now, NASA, NASASpaceflight, ESA, Ars Technica and other reference outlets. Mission imagery comes from official agency and operator banks.

Our newsroom regularly publishes long-form pieces dedicated to missions, programmes and the actors of spaceflight. Every piece is grounded in publicly verifiable sources, credited at the foot of each article, and offers original perspective.
